My name is Kristin and this is my first blog site. The technology is all new to me, but I find it intriguing. I’m learning how to do this little by little, and hopefully will eventually become a blogger in full bloom–hey maybe I’ll even get my website up. Don’t have a bead on exactly what I will do with this blog. First I thought maybe news of raw food businesses and events, but since I also do a radio show called Women’s Voices on KZYX.org I thought Rawzine could stand for radical artistic women, or relatively authentic women or random acts of wonder…don’t really know. It feels like a miracle that I was able to even start this blog as I am a bit of a technophobe. I read the tech pages of the SF Chronicle, longingly wishing that I could jump in with both feet and learn quickly. Well, time will tell…it’s a little bit of everything-eclectic, like me!
Great sharing your beginnings as a blogger. You will get the hang of it in time. I’m sure you will continue to be inspired! At the moment I have not had much time to update my blog over at Hearthtalks. Need to get back at it. Maybe this will give me the nudge. Keep up the good work!
Thanks Kathryn..I’m excited about learning all these new things. I’ll look for updates on your blog, too. I took a workshop with the Blog Squad, and also AirMedia about learning more about the power of social media to bring people to your site. Carry on!
Kristin, your blog was forwarded to me by our mutual friend Judith Vita. Well done, girl! I especially like the artistic women section and, of course, who isn’t in love with Yves? Great photo of that lovely leafy dress.
I’ll keep coming back. S.
Dear Sally (Jane)
How exciting to hear from someone i don’t know yet. So glad you enjoyed the blog…just playing around so far, but it is kind of fun experimenting with this new format.
Congratulations for what will prove to be one of my favorite blogs to read, and I have full reason to believe you will be very successful. I am very proud of you and your many accomplishments, and I hope I can get on to that radio station on Monday evening, if this mountain barrier will cooperate. You have a special permanent spot in my heart.
